Shipping Policy

Our only US-based packaging facility is working at peak performance to ensure the smooth process of getting your products shipped. Due to the recent popularity spike and the new formation of the brand, along with COVID-19, shipments could get delayed a little bit. We are trying our hardest and will keep you up to date via email!

When will my order be fulfilled and shipped?

Within 24 hours of placing the order, your product(s) will be packaged and shipped. If you receive no confirmation regarding the position of your order within the first day, our team will be sure to send you the information within 48 hours of order placement.

How long does shipping take?

Once your product is shipped out:

-3 to 4 business days for the expedited priority fulfillment shipping option.

-4 to 5 business days for the standard shipping option.

A tracking code will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. 

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.

Burst is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.
